I can’t believe Thanksgiving is only 5 days away!! Is it just me, or did it come extremely fast this year? At our house, Thanksgiving excitement is all about the food (and gathering with loved ones)… but mostly food. To be honest, other than breaking out the nice china, our Thanksgiving decor is pretty much non-existent. Understandably so, who wants to worry about garnishing the turkey and the table? Turkey ALWAYS wins! But, if you do want to add a little jazz to your decor, these festive DIY place cards are the perfect inexpensive and quick solution. [click images for DIY instructions]

If you’ve read my 26 before 27 post, then you know that one of my goals for this year is to make more videos for my blog…So here ya go! In this video I’ll show you how to make beautiful watercolor table coasters. I’ve gotten so many compliments from family and friends who’ve seen/used them at my house. They’re so pretty and expensive looking that everyone thinks they’re store bought. But, in all actuality, they’re inexpensive and easy to make. No artistic or painting skills necessary!
4×4 inch ceramic tile ($0.15 at Lowes!)
I hope you like this video/project and make your own watercolor coasters! Please follow my blog and subscribe to my youtube (here) for more videos!
